Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 10 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours or flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours. ria4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder — third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ria4d's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, ria4d reserves the right to withhold any remaining Account balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method within 10 business days.
ria4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
